The Mind, and Rules of The Mind

The mind is designed through evolution to keep us alive, to preserve life, nothing else. It does not care if you are happy or not, it is totally neutral. But it has enormous creative capabilities.

The mind is many times said to be a very complicated and that takes a lifetime to understand and master. But the truth is the mind works through lawful processes, just as real as the laws of physics or mathematics, or the fact that an oak never becomes anything else than an oak. It is law.
And the mechanic of the mind is the same for everyone.

Whenever you want to change in your life, you must first change your thinking.

This is because thinking comes FIRST! Thought energy is the first, and really, the only, creative energy.

So Every habit of action is proceeded by a habit of thought.

The way you think causes the way you feel and the way you feel causes the way you act,
which gives you your circumstances and results…

So Marisa Peer has described the way the mind works through a number of rules, rules of the mind.
The mind learns by repetition is one of the basic rules that we recognize.
The mind loves what is familiar.
The mind drives you from pain to pleasure.
The mind respond to two things only: The words you say to yourself and the pictures you make in your head!

Every thought you think causes a physical (chemical) reaction and an emotional response.

Those were a few of the rules of the mind. They are very practical and easy to apply.
